Art Festival Tents

Standard

To be in a Howard Alan Events Art Festival or an American Craft Endeavors Craft Festival, the artist or crafter must have a nice display with a white tent. Earlier, we wrote a blog post that gave suggestions of how to make your booth display look the best that it possibly can.

Now, we want to share with you the types of tents we recommend for our art and craft festivals:

1. Light Dome – is known for allowing light in through the easiest. If you want your display to have plenty of light, then we suggest this one!

2. Show Off – uses structural lightweight marine aluminum. It also has 4 zippered sides.

3. Flourish – is known for its complete weather protection. It’s also easy to set-up.

4. EZ Up – this is type of tent we do not recommend. It’s not very sturdy and will most likely blow away if there is any type of wind or rain storm.

What type of white tents do you use? Do you have any recommendations? Please let us know!

  1. Actually, i prefer the ez-up. When anchored correctly, there is little threat from wind and they have optional zippered sides that protect the interior display from any rain. Also, with the bars at the top, it makes it oh so easy to hang and adjust lighting for night festivals. I’ve seen displays with all of the tents listed and in my opinion, the ez-up, when the sides are used, just looks more professional, like an outdoor gallery as opposed to a “booth”.

  2. I agree wholeheartedly with the EZ up looking more like an outdoor gallery (provided you get the more expensive sturdy type not the cheap plastic type sold at stores for $30.00). All the upscale outdoor Art festivals use the easy ups. Gives it an airy look not a confining sweat box little room in the HOT summer.
