2nd Annual The Villages Craft Festival at La Plaza Grande

This weekend (March 5th & 6th, 2011), American Craft Endeavors proudly presents the 2nd Annual The Villages Craft Festival at La Plaza Grande in The Villages, Florida.

The address to the Craft Festival is: 1120 Bichara Boulevard, Lady Lake, FL 32159. Times are Saturday & Sunday 10am-5pm. Admission is free and open to the public.

We have several artists we would like to introduce to you (who are in this weekend’s festival):

Kathleen Master: Mixed Media

The first artist we would like to introduce to you is Kathleen Master. Kathleen’s embellished watercolors involve a number of techniques and materials — including salt and eggshells for texture, and combinations of clay, metal and glass sculptures to create depth in her images. Her spontaneous and spirited artwork and images are a direct reflection of what she believes life should be about. You can view more of her artwork HERE.

Kathy Carnevale: Jewelry

Next, we have Kathy Carnevale. Kathy hand-creates beautiful artisan beaded jewelry. Her work includes necklaces, earrings & bracelets. You can view more or her work HERE.

Jose Rico: Mirror Art

The final artist we are going to introduce to you today is Jose Rico. Jose creates beautiful handcrafted glass designs (which include: furniture, candle mirrors, aquariums, waterfalls, and more) for residential and commercial interiors. You can view more of his carefully crafted designs HERE.

We are very excited for the Craft Festival this weekend. You will be able to meet the Crafters (mentioned above) along with 150 other fine crafters, as well.
