We wanted to share with you one of our most frequently asked questions – because it will help you with our application process!
One of the questions we are asked quite frequently (for most new artists) is if a booth photo can be submitted AFTER the application has already been submitted (with 3 photos of the artwork, deposit, etc.). Or, we are asked if a drawn example of a booth display can be submitted. The answer to these are: NO.
The reasons why:
(1) Your application will be sent back to you (if you mailed it in) or marked incomplete (if you applied on ZAPP).
(2) The jury needs to see what the booth display will look like. The jury score is a combination of the artwork AND booth display.
Here are some more helpful tips:
*Make sure you include everything that is required on the application. This will make the application process go smoother, and it will prevent you from any delays of hearing the status of your application.
