Baltimore’s Inner Harbor provides locals and visitors alike the ability to enjoy the city and the surrounding neighborhoods that offer a variety of fine dining, cultural experiences and exciting nightlife. From breath-taking panoramic views of the skyline to the up-close and personal experiences of street performances at the waterfront, Baltimore’s Inner Harbor offers more to see and do than you might imagine. The festival is a celebration of the arts in a community recognized as one of the country’s most popular artistic hubs in the country. This is a high-end exhibition much like one you would expect at an art gallery but outdoors and family friendly. The festival will encompass two locations in downtown; one at the Power Plant along the Inner Harbor near the National Aquarium on Pratt Street and the other at Power Plant Live at Market Place and Water Street, just two blocks north of the Inner Harbor.
Stroll along Baltimore’s famous Inner Harbor, while enjoying unique works of handmade art from more than 100 artists. Paintings, photography, glasswork, jewelry, mixed media creations and much more will be on display. While strolling along the Inner Harbor be sure to stop by and visit with some of our featured artists. You will have the opportunity to meet the creators of the art on display; commission a specific piece, ask questions about techniques, learn the sources of their inspirations, and purchase fine works of art.
