As you may know, American Craft Endeavors is producing the 7th Annual Historic Roser Park Art & Craft Festival in St. Petersburg, Florida this weekend (December 11th & 12th, 2010).
Other than getting the chance to see over 100 of the nation’s finest crafters showcase their magnificent artwork, visitors will get the chance to take part in some fun activities that have been planned by the Historic Roser Park Association.
Here are the events planned for the weekend:
(1) Performance Schedule:
Saturday, December 11th
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Kevin Wilder
1:00 PM: Sunrise Performing Arts Academy
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Rebekah Pulley
Sunday, December 12th
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Lounge Cat
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Rebecca Zapen — Violin
(2) Home Tours
Saturday & Sunday, December 11th & 12th, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Five homes on Prospect Court, near the craft festival, will be open for holiday tours each day of the craft festival. Tickets may be purchased in advance for $8 on roserpark.net or for $10 during the festival at the Roser Park booth.
(3) Guided Outdoor Museum Tours
Saturday & Sunday, December 11th & 12th, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM
Neighborhood historian Ron Motyka leads free walking tours through the neighborhood both days of the craft festival. Meet at “Charles”, which is the giant oak tree at the bottom of the steps from Bayfront Medical Center.
So, make sure you come out and purchase some original, one-of-a-kind items from crafters along with taking part in the fun activities that are planned for you!
